This app is an independent, unofficial convenience wrapper made by Atsumi Labs LLC for personal use. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to Azure Standard. “Azure Standard” and its marks are trademarks of their respective owner and are referenced only to describe what the app opens. We claim no rights in those marks and assert no association with their owner. The app does not use Azure Standard’s logo or eagle mark.

What the app does

The app loads the real azurestandard.com website inside a native shell (a WebView) and may show optional push notifications. It is just a viewer for a website you could open in any browser.

Your transactions are with Azure Standard, not us

All browsing, accounts, orders, payments, shipping, returns, and customer support happen on azurestandard.com and are solely between you and Azure Standard, governed by their terms and policies. We are not a party to your transactions, we do not process payments, and we have no control over products, pricing, availability, fulfillment, or your account. For anything about an order, contact Azure Standard directly.

Acceptable use

Use the app for your own personal, non-commercial convenience.
Comply with azurestandard.com’s own terms of use while shopping through it.
Don’t use the app to harm, overload, scrape, or misuse Azure Standard’s site or anyone else’s.

As-is, no warranties

The app is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. Because it depends entirely on a third-party website, it may break, behave unexpectedly, or stop working at any time if that site changes. We don’t guarantee it will work, be available, or be error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Atsumi Labs LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for anything related to your use of azurestandard.com or any order placed through it, arising from your use of this app. As the app is free, our total liability is limited accordingly.

Changes & availability

We may change, suspend, or discontinue the app at any time, and may update these Terms; when we do, we’ll change the “Last updated” date above.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
